How do I stop OUTLOOK CONNECTOR?

I have been re-installing WINDOWS XP (and SP2) a lot lately, but THIS TIME
I am unable to "STOP" OUTLOOK CONNECTOR.(MSN Explorer version of Outlook
Connector).(Microsoft Outlook 2002).
