How do i stop msn messenger and windows messenger competing to lo.

I cant figure out first of all why microsoft doesnt address this for simple
computer users...msn messenger and windows messenger competing to start up
and shutting each other down...

How is this an Outlook problem?

Brian has a good point, neither have to do with Outlook.

You can configure MSN Messenger so that it doesn't start up with Windows and
you should turn Windows Messenger off anyway (disable the service).
