how do i stop a particular website

i keep getting registry cleanup interrupting what im trying to do on my
computer can i block it?
 
Sounds like some kind of malware. Download one (or more) of these and scan
your computer:

1. Windows Defender (Microsoft)
2. Spy Sweeper (Webroot)

Only use one at a time. (i.e. uninstall before installing another)
