system alert comes up but is fake

im starting to get system alerts that say my computer is infected with the
latest trojan or worm i know they are fake sites and have blocked them but
they still keep comming

as im not the only one to use my computer my flatmate has let his kids on it
and now get pop ups for all different web sites too how do i stop these things
can anyone help me with this problem ?????

Disable the messenger service by running services.msc
