It isn't clear from your post whether you want to set people up so they can
print or prevent them from printing your files.
If the former case, anyone with access to the network folder can open and
print the files. That is an issue for your network administrator.
In the latter case, your first option is in each program, for each file, go
to Tools>Options--Security and set a Password to Open. You may still have to
clear this with admin or mgmt.
