How do I setup my email account so it creates a folder with email?

When I setup my hotmail account, Outlook automatically created a folder for
Hotmail and all its contents. How do I setup a Pop3 email account so I have
the same advantage of having my emails in different folders?

You can change the folder/PST messages are delivered to in OL2003/2007 in
the Tools menu > Accounts Settings dialog
