Using Outlook Connector with Outlook 2007 and hotmail account

I have recently decided to start using outlook 2007 for my emails. As I have
been using a hotmail account for all my emails prior I used you outlook
connector programme to syncronise with both accounts. Within my hotmail
account I have a number of different folders setup for different projects.
When I used the outlook connector programme it brought accross the emails and
everything looked good. Problem though is, that it has completley missed a
couple of folders, it has created the folders in outlook but has not brought
the emails across and this is where I am stumped. The emails are still there
in my hotmail account but there is nothing in the corresponding folder in
outlook. Is there a way that I can get outlook to search for these emails
again, apart from this it is working fine new emails are coming in and any
emails I create are going out.

If you remove your account and then reconfigure it again (don't forget to
completely exit Outlook and restart it before adding it again), do they
download now?
