How do I set up my microsoft outlook to send emails?

I'm trying to use Microsoft Outlook for a specific email however it's asking
for the http servor and I have no idea what it's asking me for. Please
help!!!

The only HTTP server that Outlook can employ is Hotmail or an Exchange
server with RCP over HTTP enabled. Chances are you want to create a POP
account, not an HTTP account. Ask your ISP for the correct settings.
