How do I set up email letter template in outlook?

Is it possible to set up an email letter to use as a template over & over
again? The same letter will get sent often but will be edited slightly to
address to each recipient. This would require sending the edited email but
still keep the original template in a mail folder for later reuse. - Thanks.

save a message as an outlook template and copy it to a folder in outlook for
easy access.

If you use word as the editor, see
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040611.htm - you need to use the
outlook editor to save an outlook template.
