How do I delete a Form Template from "User Templates in File Syst.

I created an Outlook template for "Choose Form", then later modified it. I
intended to save it to over-write the original. When saving I didn't realize
that I had missed a letter in the form's name, so now I have two forms of
almost same name. Very confusing when trying to remember the correct template
name.
 
Go to that folder on your hard drive and delete the .oft file.
