Email template in public folder for other dept use

I have created an email template to welcome new customers that different
depts within our organization need to use. I can use it by Fwd from Drafts
and I have the template saved when choosing a Form in User Templates in File
System. How do I get it to a public folder? I have tried to design a form
and am unable to edit the body of the msg. My public folder will not allow
me to save a Message Form, only a Post.
Very confused and thank you in advance!

So you want to save the template in the public folder? Did you try dropping
it from windows explorer into the public folder?

I have Favorites under Public Folders and I can drop it there but not under
All Public Folders. I would like to have one version available to all reps
without a local copy in each of their Templates folders.

So you want to save the template in the public folder? Did you try dropping
it from windows explorer into the public folder?

I also get a new Sync Issue each time it is used: You cannot post this form
to this public folder.
