How do I set up a rule that does not allow me to send an email wi.

I am sooooo fructrated, I have been trying to figure this out for over an hour

I also have been trying to set up a rule that checks spelling before the
email is actually sent.

Please, if you know how, help!!!

Frustrated with what? You didn't include details in the body of your post.

Spelling options are set in Tools | Options | Spelling, not in a rule
