Setting up a rule in Outlook

Need to set up a rule to move emails sent to a GMBX mailbox to me.
How do I set this up?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Cathy Moore asked:

use a rule that looks for words in the header - use either the full email
address of the gmbx mailbox or the domain name.
