THE SENDER NOT ACTUAL SENDER INDUCE THE RULE NOT WORK

I have set up a rule in OUTLOOK 2007, such as the mail came from the sender
A will enter folder A, and now the problems encountered are:

sender A send a mail to someone, and copied to a group mailbox B (I'm in the
group mailbox B), I will receive this mail, but the sender is considered to
be group mailbox B, rather than the sender A, This mail rules not work.
outlook express will not happen, and seek a solution.

PS: But in the mailing list, the sender have shown that the actual sender A.

but the sender is considered to be group mailbox B
What exactly do you mean by this and why do you think it is the case?
If the original message got forwarded to you, then of course the sending
address is stamped with the person that forwarded it to you and not the
original sender.
