I have site that I'm building for a customer that has seven main pages.
He want's to have the last page accessible only if the surfer logs in.
I've seen a lot of refrences to ASP pages but nothing on how to do this
with a UNIX server that is running FP extensions.

Does anyone have info on this? I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanx, Dave.

If it is just password protecting a portion of the site w/ a single user id / password for all users
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825451
Your host will have to support subwebs and unique permissions under the FP Server Extensions

Does the hosting account come with the web masters CPanel??

If so place the page in it's own folder, publish and then open CPanel and use the Web Protect
feature to password protect the folder.

This site is best viewed............
........................with a computer

since you're on a UNIX server you can use the "user registration web", oddly
enough won't work on a windows machine.

should be in your web templates.
