HOW DO I SET UP A FOLDER IN WORD AND EXCELL FOR CERTAIN FILES

FOLDERS FOR WORD & EXCEL

I HAVE CERTAIN FILES THAT I NEED TO SEPERATE FROM MY DOCUMENTS FOLDER IN BOTH
WORD AND EXCEL. HOW DO I DO THAT?
 
Create different folders wherever you want them.
