How do I set Outlook 2002 default settings for all users?

I need to set up Outlook with default configuration settings for all users.
In outlook 2002 it seems to be profile specific.
How as an administrator can the settings be set for all users?

I need to know how to disable IM support for MSN Messenger, set connections
(keeps defaulting to dial-up with MS Exchange selected) ,change the settings

I have recently done this for OL2002 and OL2003. I used regmon to monitor
changes to the registry, and then made the outlook client setting change I
was interested rolling out (for us it was signatures and fonts).

I then found the key that was being changed, put it in a reg file, and used
their login script to import the right reg file, depending on their version
of outlook (the keys are different for each version) the user had.
