How do I send/receive msn email in Outlook 2003 Inbox

I have added my msn email account to my Outlook 2003 - using instructions in
the Outlook Connector Help. However, when I open Outlook, I can view all of
the subfolders under my msn email address Inbox, but I can't view or
send/receive out of my msn email Inbox or Outlook. When I click on Tools >
Send/Receive, I keep getting a pop-up window that prompts me for msn member
ID and password. I enter this and nothing happens - the pop-up goes away for
a second and then reappears.

Since you pay MSN for the privilege of using their mail service, why not ask
them?
