I can't receive in outlook. Error message 0x800406C

For some reason I cannot receive into my Inbox Outlook now. It will receive
into one email account (msn) but not into another that I have set up. I have
re- entered it and done detect and repair etc.

I am in Australia - bigpond. I was able to fix the problem thank you. It was
simple - my mailbox quota had reached its capacity.
