I have finally gone from using a basic Windows system where i had Windows
Mail to having Office 2003.
When i worked on Windows mail i was able to select in the "From " drop down
box either my name or my husbands. On Outlook i dont appear to be able to do
this. I have set up both my husband and my email accounts (and presume i have
done them correctly, although not certain given my track record)
Can anyone tell me how i can get this From drop down box so we can select
who is sending the email please?
many thanks

The From field in Outlook has no purpose in a home environment were POP
accounts are in use. Instead, you want to define two accounts: one for you
and one for him. When you have done so, there will be an Accounts button
that you click in order to choose the sending account.

Hi,

Open a new Mail Message in Outlook.
Click the Options in the toolbar and select From option from the drop down
list.

The OP should ignore this advice.
