I have two email addressess how do i stop one from opening

My husband and i both have email addressess. When we press send/receive we
are both getting each others mail aswell as our own although on different
computers. How do i stop this from happening so we can see only our own mail.

create 2 Outlook profiles ("Outlook for men" and "Outlook for woman") and
every user get his own PST file and own E-Mail Account in his profile.

Or, if you are using an NT-based version of Windows, stop sharing the
same user account when logging into Windows.
