How do I selectively publish pages on the fly in Frontpage 2003?

I am a new user of Frontpage 2003. I had used 2002. With 2002 when I
published, I could accept or reject pages from publishing on the fly. WIth
2003, it appears to default to overwriting all files that are different,
including database tables that accept user input and will always be
different. How do I set the publishing options to ask me whether or not to
overwrite a page or table when publishing?

By default, all files are marked for publishing. By using Remote Web Site
view you can choose which files will be published and which will be held
back. Just move the files from the left side (local) to the right (remote
side) that you want to publish.

In the folder list, or in folder view, right-click a file and choose "Do not
Publish". This is the same as in FP2002.

Or if you select the files in the local computer list right click, there
should be an option to tag file(s) as "do not publish".
