frontpage 2002 publishing

I have previously published my website using Frontpage 2002, however I now
can't seem to publish. It opens the publishing window but seems to freeze on
the retrieving pages bit. I have updated the files on another computer on
Frontpage 2003 and have a new router. Could either of these things do this?
I really need help.
