How do I see a Win2k computer on a WinXP computer?

When I bring up Network Places on the 2k machine, I click Entire Network and
I can see the workgroup and node for the WinXP machine.

However, on the WinXP machine it seems I can only see the workgroup it is in
and there is no Entire Network link.
