wireless network XP-2000 problem

Hi,
I made a wireless network between a winXP machine and a win2k machine.
Win2k wired to a wireless router, winXP has a wireless networkadaptor.
Both machines have access to internet.
I gave the same workgroup name in both.
Now it seems that the XP machine does find the 2k machine, but it cannot
explore it. Message "possibly a authentication problem".
I would be glad with any help, it's urgent!

Found it! It is a firewall problem.
Norton has to be switched off.
