how do I schedule a resource to display on all outlook calendars

I have a conference room (resource) that gets conflicting meetings because
staff didn't know it was being used. How do I get the Conference room status
to show on all MS Outlook users calendars, in my organization? That way when
they schedule the room, they can see if it is available.
 
If you created it as a mailbox, users should be able to add it to the scheduling tab of an appointment form and check its availability.
