How do I save replies?

I don't have Outlook Express, I have Yahoo Mail. It doesn't seem to
have "copy to folder" under "File".

Unless you specifically deleted it (doubtful) you also have Outlook Express.
If you also have Yahoo/SBC DSL (maybe other ISPs, don't know) you can use
OE to read/write your Yahoo mail instead of having to go to Yahoo.
