How do I save a pdf file in Word format

Since electronic filing is becoming more and more popular. I would like to
know how I may save a pdf document as a word document so that it can be
edited etc.
 
PDF is a graphical format. It is not compatible with Word and is not
intended to be edited. You would need to convert it to Word format by OCR or
by using the full version of Acrobat.
