How do I run spell check a second time?

After making changes in a document, I tried to run spell a second time but
got the response "Spell check is complete." I tried saving the document
under a new title but that didn't work. I tried typing and making mistakes,
but that didn't work either!
 
In Word, click on Tools | Options | Spelling & Grammar | Recheck
Document.

If that doesn't work, press Ctrl+A to select all of the text,
click on Tools | Language | Set Language | <choose your language>
| uncheck the "Detect language automatically" and "Do not check
spelling or grammar" boxes | Default | OK, and then try the first
suggestion again.
