How to I run a second spell check

I already ran spell check in a document, and chose "skip once" for certain
place names that I did not know how to spell at the time. Now I want to run
the spell check again and I want to check for all misspelled words, even
those I skipped earlier, but it just says "spell check complete." How do a
run another full spell check?

In Word 2003 or earlier, go to Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammar; in Word
2007, go to Office button > Word Options > Proofing.

Click the Check Document button.
