how do i REPLACE old site with frontpage??

I was using "Cute site builder" to publish ny site, now
i've decided to start using f.p. 2000, however when i
upload it, the site is still the "old" one, do i need to
delete my old site, then upload the new site?? thanks for
any help, i'm just trying to learn something!!
 
you've got a conflict most likely where your old site is index.html and your
new site is index.htm.
open the site live with FrontPage (file/ open web/ type in the http://
address) delete the "home page" that represents the old site. better still,
delete everything and do a full publish from your new FrontPage site on your
local computer.
