How do I remove the Windows SP3 Service Pack blocker tool?

just downloaded and installed the Windows SP3 Service Pack 3 update blocker
tool. (At least I think I did. There's a new "SPBlockingTool.exe" file in my
folder and when I click on it, a black background window says, "Action
Successfully Completed. How can I tell for sure that the blocking tool is
prperly installed?).

I want to wait a couple months before I install SP3.

My question is, how do I remove the blocker tool, when I'm ready to update
and install the SP3 Service Pack?

It (the toolkit) basically creates a registry key which blocks the install
of SP3, remove the reg key and you unblock the install.
Read the section titled "Overview" in the above link for more detail.

The toolkit itself does not need/require any installation as it is a stand
alone utility, so no uninstall of the 'Toolkit' is required.
