It all depends on what version you are asking about....I'm familiar with
Outlook 2003 and under the junk mail options there is a tab where you can add
users to a safe sender/recipient list.
Shellack talked about OL 2003. For OL 2000/2002, the blocked senders are
contained in two files: %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\Junk Senders.txt and
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\Adult Senders.txt. Use Notepad to edit them.

That is true I could add him to my safe sender list, but what I am concerned
about is every body else that we have to do business with. How do I get his
email to go through to them with out ending up in their junk folder. Outlook
is catching his email as junk even when the filter is set to low.
He is not a spammer only emails people after they have sent email to him, so
I cant see his address being on a spam list of any sort.
