how do I remove message: search key not found in any record

After making changes and adding data to our database, we noticed one line of
data with nothing but small squares in it. When we try to change it or go to
another line after touching anything in that line, we recieve a message
saying "search key was not found in any record". We do not know what that
means or how to remove it. It actually locks us up and we have to get out of
the program and start again without touching the line affected.

Try opening the table and scroll with scroll bar until the record is visible.
Click on the left-most square (gray) and the record will highlight. Press
the delete key to remove.

It sounds very much like corruptions.
