How do I remove ".htm" from navigation buttons?

I removed them at an earlier day from the navigation folders, but now in the
upgade to 2003 they are showing on the navigation buttons on the pages.

Are you using the navigation bot?
It's easier to see your problem with a link.

under tools, Recalculate hyperlinks .. it might just be you need to
recalculate hyperlinks ...
