how do I read message/partial messages

I have been sent a message that has been split up into the following type:

MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: message/partial;

It is split into 7 messages but my outlook 2003 doesn't combine them back
into one message. When I use Outlook express to check my email it does
combine them. Is there a setting I am missing here? Is this a known problem?

You'll need a combiner tool. There are many on the Internet.
