how do i print a document in color, not black and white?

i know this is probably so simple but could someone please tell me how to
print my documents that i write in color instead of black and white?
Please!!! Thank you!!
 
Which software are you using?

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database
application and not general computer "access"?

That's said, have you checked the Printer Preferences and
make sure it is set to colour printing rather than B & W?
