How do I pre-populate the From field for a shared mailbox?

When I click on New Message, the from field is blank. If you send the email,
it will send it as the individual. For the shared mailbox, I would like the
From field to be pre-populated with our team's email address and not the
individual's. I am using Outlook 2003. Any tips are appreciated.
