I am running Windows XP SP1, Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003.

I have created an .oft template to create a pre-addressed message with
addressees in the To: and Cc: fields, as well as the subject and body.

Since I need to send these messages from a shared mailbox, I would like
to but the shared mailbox address in the From: field.

Trouble is, the template will preserve the To: and Cc: field addresses,
but not the From: field address; the From: field comes up blank every
time I load the template. How do I make the address in the From: field
stay put?
