I requested help from the "New Users" group, but so far
no one has been able to answer... Hope I have better luck
here.

I have IncrediMail and have lost use of the Notifiers, so
I contacted their Support Staff who is telling me to open
Internet Explorer only and download shockwave from
Macromedia.com. I used the IE search bar but couldn't
download. I'm not sure if I understand what they mean
by "Open Internet Explorer." Would really appreciate
anyones' help.

They mean click on the Ineternet Explorer icon(blue e) and have the program
internet explorer start running(open). This is a browser. Then in internet
explorer goto: www.macromedia.com and download and install shockwave from
their website.

Thanks for your reply.

i am not advanced, myself, but I hope this helps.

1. Click on any icon on the desktop or start menu to open
Internet Explorer.

2. I assume you need to download Macromedia flash player
and shockwave player.
Type this into the address bar:
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi ?
P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

hope this helps

It's not that anyone was unable to answer, just that no-one had gotten
around to answering yet. All help on newsgroups is voluntary and
sometimes you have to wait a little longer than 2 hours for an answer to
your query is all. :-)
