How do i make the XML Schemas tab appear?

I am a student working on a projece that requires me to use the XML Schena
tab from the Templates and Add-ins menu off the Tools menu. It does not
exist on my machine, i just installed Office 2003 Professional.
Help Me!
 
Hi, Karen. It shows on my machine. Likely, the only thing you did different
was not to do a custom install of Office. Put your CD in again, choose
Custom, then choose "Run all from my computer"...
