How do I make bookmarks legible in Outlook after e-mailing them?

I am creating a document in MS Word. I have bookmarks and hyperlinks leading
to those bookmarks. I have named my bookmarks very specific names, so that
when I hover my mouse over the hyperlink, I can read the bookmark and know
more information about the destination. When I e-mail the document, by doing

File --> Send to --> Mail Recipient

the name of the bookmark changes, so that when I hover over it with the
mouse, it has a string of numbers about 100+ characters long. I would like
my e-mail recipient to be able to read my bookmark name without these
characters. How can I do this?

We don't know - you have provided nothing for us to work with, such as
versions of Outlook and Word and how you are creating the hyperlinks.

Creating the bookmark in word:

Insert --> Bookmark --> (name it) --> Add

Creating the link to the bookmark in word:

Highlight the text for the link --> Right Click --> Hyperlink --> Place in
this document --> select the bookmark as above --> ok
