Errors in Outlook email, composed in Word

Email is composed and sent via MS Word and contains hyperlinks to "bookmarks"
in the document. The user opens email, clicks on any of the hyperlinks
referencing bookmarks and instead of jumping to the bookmark, Internet
Explorer opens with "http://"/" in the address bar. User is using IE6 and
Outlook 2003. Hard to duplicate user's environment that causes such error.
Other users can click and jump to bookmark with no problems.

Second part of question - for this very same email, when viewing on
Blackberry, hyperlinks referencing bookmarks are not hyperlinked, but plain
text. How can I make it possible to hyperlink bookmarks for the Blackberry?

Look up "Hyperlink Base" in the Word Help. You may find that it has been
set to a non-blank value on the bad machine. Hyperlink base should be blank
unless publishing to the web.

I don't think a Blackberry has a full version of Word, so I don't think it
can recognise hyperlinks in Word documents.
