how do I add hyperlinks and bookmarks in an email body using Outl.

I write an online newsletter with a table of contents and I need to use
bookmarks and hyperlinks within the body of the email. I now use Outlook
2003, which I just installed on my computer to replace Outlook Express which
was difficult to use for my purposes. I was told Outlook would have greater
word processing capabilities, but I was hoping for Word capabilities in the
Outlook itself.

When I use Word to create the newsletter, my bookmarks and hyperlinks don't
work when copied into the email.
