How do I send an email with read-only content (i.e. newsletter) UR

Hi all,

Can anyone advise how I send an email with read-only content, but with
active hyperlinks? I have composed an Outlook Newsletter template, which at
the moment, allows the recipient to alter the text when they receive it. I
need the Newsletter content to be read-only i.e. unalterable, but for the
hyperlinks to remain active.

I have been searching the help files but thus far have not been able to find
an answer (am probably searching using the wrong terms). Is urgent
unfortunately as I must send this today...

Thank you in anticipation!

What do you mean with "Read Only" emails. All mails are when received. Of
course when you forward or reply to the message or open it specifically for
editing you can make alterations. If you do not want that for some reason,
you need to use an IRM solution.

You can't. You can send the content as an attached pdf which can have links
and will be read-only.

I hope someone gets this even though I not answering a reply but when I click
on question nothing happens so I cannot figure out where to post my question
which is:

In Micro. Office Word 2003, I am using a 2-page email newsletter template.
When it is opened (after sending) a text box and a couple of graphics enlarge
in size. How can I solve this problem? Thanks, in advance for the help.
