How do I hyperlink titles within an email to articles further down

Hi all, I'm trying to create an email newsletter in Outlook 2003 (Windows XP)
where I list the titles of the articles at the top of the page and then make
these hyperlinks so that when you click on a title it takes you to the
articles lower down in the body text of the email. I know it's possible
because I receive various newsletters in that format but I don't know how to
create my own! Any help/advice gratefully received, thanks.

Thank you Sue, I'm very grateful you took the time to respond but I'm afraid
the link you've provided takes me to a page with a lot of information on and
I don't know what I'm meant to be looking for! Any further help would be
much appreciated, thanks.

The link should take you directly to the Notes section of that page, which explains the methods available for creating internal hyperlinks in email messages in Outlook.
