How do I make and email template in Outlook 2003? (Not a draft) I need to
send the same message to multiple people once a week. I thought there used to
be a file/save as/template option, but I don't see that now. Is there a way
to make a template in 03?

The option to save as an Outlook Template (*.OFT) still exists. Open a new
message and select File > Save As. Change the dropdown at the bottom to
Outlook Template.

PS - Make sure Word 2003 isn't your e-mail editor.
PSS - If you do a lot of template type reply/forward/sends, check out
http://www.emailtemplates.com/default.aspx (I'm not affiliated with them,
just wanted to let you know there are 3rd party solutions that take
templates to a new level.)

TO see that command, you need to turn off Word as your email editor long enough to create and save the template .oft file -- Tools | Options | Mail Format
