how do i know whether the matter in the page of ms word is copy pasted?
 
You don't. Why does it matter? (Maybe you're really asking something
else.)
 
Are you asking if you can tell whether someone copied the text from another
source?
 
There is no way to determine this from the document alone. If you are
wanting to determine whether material has been plagiarized, a Google search
for a unique text string will often turn up something. If you are a teacher,
there are services that will check documents for a fee.
