http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892375 End users may be prompted to allow or
block administrative actions that originate from a central management tool
after they install Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) on a computer that is managed
by Systems Management Server 2003

(use the workaround section of the above doc.)

Why not use MS Anti_spyware to modify your startup
programs so that MS Anti-Spyware doesn't start when
Window starts?

I've tried that, and it didn't allow the action. Seemed reasonable to me!

Best way is to just disable the gCaserv.exe (run > msconfig > start up (tab)
under startup items) and restart the machine.
