How do I import messages from Outlook Web Access to Outlook?

I have a school account that was accessible through Outlook Web Access only.
I have been able to set it up to forward to a new account, but I cannot get
my old e-mails to import into this acocunt or into Outlook. I know I can't
create a .pst file from OWA. I do have the POP3 address for the server. Any
ideas?

Do they have POP3 open? If so, you can connect & download items in your
inbox (nothing else).

Best bet really is to ask whomever runs the Exchange server to get you a PST
file on a CD-ROM or something (they could exmerge the mailbox from the
server). Alternatively, you could go into OWA and manually forward each
message to yourself (which will appear to come from your Exchange address
and not the original sender). Option 1 is better if they'll do it for you.

I suggest you talk to your IT staff.
